Terms and Conditions

Confirmed reservations will have a cancellation policy in the following terms:

100% refund of the amount paid as long as notice is given 15 days prior to the start of the reservation or in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event such as: A) Death or death of a relative of first degree of consanguinity (presenting the death certificate) or B) Accident / Illness that makes the stay impossible, presenting the respective evidentiary material.
In case of notice after 15 days in advance, the reimbursement of the amount paid or the change of dates chosen in the reservation may be negotiated (as the case may be), which will be subject to availability, as long as any of the following cases are present: A) Death or death of a relative of first degree of consanguinity (presenting the death certificate) or B) Accident/Illness that makes the stay impossible, presenting the respective evidentiary material. 
Reimbursement of the amount paid if cancelled between 10 (70% of the amount paid) and 5 (40% of the amount paid) days before the beginning of the reservation by mere liberality of the lessee.
If cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to the start of the reservation, it will not be eligible for any reimbursement, with the exception of cases A and B above stipulated in points 1 and 2.

Termination of the contract: The grounds for unilateral termination are those of law and especially the following:

On the part of the Guest(s): 1. The non-payment by the Guest(s) of the rental fee. 2. Improvements, changes and extensions made to the property without the express authorization of the Host or the total or partial destruction of the property by the lessee. 3. Organization of parties or special events without prior authorization. 4. Inconveniences that generate discomfort to neighbors or co-owners of the horizontal property of the place where you are staying.

PARAGRAPH: In case of cancellation for any of the above mentioned reasons, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded. On the part of the Host: 1. The suspension of the provision of public services to the property, by premeditated action of the Lessor or because in default of payments that were in charge. Disregard by the Lessor of the rights recognized to the lessee by the law or the contract.
